Hi! I hope this is the right place to flag this, sorry if not! I have a "Keeper" monthly subscription that renewed on 8th March and the payment went through ok but my gold account hasn't been active since then. I know there's a lot going on with the site at the moment but if there's anyway to fix it that would be great!

If you haven't already, I would suggest filing a ticket so a User Admin can take a look at your account. :)
