Fairly straightforward error. Clicked "paypal" from the csc shop for any amount. This goes to the sandbox.paypal endpoint. Tbh, I think paypal stops you from entering any payment data, but just in case, this should probably be disabled. Stripe doesn't work at all, but that's ok.
