This is happening on Kumos, the Treasure Chest for my pet Nightfang which has almost 100 treasures, is not allowing me to reorder them. I hover over the item I want to move and it gives me the info card floater and I click and hold the item to drag it but it doesn't move. Instead I get nothing or it highlights items in the path I just took with my curser like it thinks I wanted to "select" them like you would text. But that doesn't move anything either. Just clicking the item to select it to move it doesn't work either.
