Wrong direction with Expensive Fishing Pole

Issue in Kumos Fishing game when activating the Expensive Fishing Pole (in my case, during Underground Spring fishing) Instructions say SE or NE when the target location is at SW or NW (see image attached).

Oh! I though it was me! But yeah, Got the same problem, I always missed my first try for this ha ha ha
Aso, to add on, if you wear a fishing pole and a bait, you can only activate one of them :(

That explains a lot - I thought I was going a bit crazy in not knowing which direction was which!
Mine said the treasure was E, but it was completely on the left-hand side of the grid (which is W)
