I used the Kumos Beta wardrobe to remove most of my HA's clothes except for the eyes its currently wearing and a flower crown item a few hours ago. After my virus progressed to stage 4, however, I discovered that my avatar had equipped one of the old default hairs that I wasn't wearing previously. I went into the wardrobe to remove it- both Kumos and Legacy- but it isn't wearing the hair in the wardrobe, just on the main site. I tried removing the flower crown and saving to see if that would remove the hair, but nope, it just removed the flowers. Help?

Mine doesn't have hair, but it randomly added eyes and I can't delete it.

How did you delete eyes in Kumos wardrobe? I'm on mobile and everything is squished together and words on top of each other

I wish I could help, but I don't even attempt to wardrobe on mobile, sorry! I only do it on a large laptop screen. But the eyes I was wearing weren't any of the default base eyes, they were items.

I have the same so at least i'm not alone...and half my old outfits i try to migrate are copies of the same thing not the actual outfit or missing items esp CWs entirely....and then nothing migrates. oop the hair is stuck on me on here now....

It's ticking into the second day I've been straight up bald. On Kumos, my wig is absolutely gone, it's fine on Legacy and there's a conflict (obviously) somewhere between the two.

I also have this legacy hair stuck on my HA. I don't even own this style (pique)? But it was in one of my saved outfits in the stuck color, When I tried to transfer my outfits over to the new (kumos?) Wardrobe (which I now can not figure out how or where that was) It imported multiple copies of many of my saved outfits, but all with this blonde legacy hair pasted over them.

For a while my avatar on the legacy site wasn't showing the Pique, but now it is.

On the current wardobe (new.subeta) Its not showing the Pique as equipped, so I have no way of removing it. I've tried equipping different outfits and yet Blonde Pique haunts me still.

Mine was doing this earlier, started randomly. I didn't have a hair selected at all because I'm using a hair item. Choosing the bald style and shoving it under everything seems to have fixed it for the moment.

My HA is glitching with hair and, for me, it's stuck on stage 2 of Hearty.

[edit] I restored my HA with the Healer back to stage 3. However, I still have that hair bug!

My hair problem is fixed and so is my HA across both sites, at the moment.

I just began having this problem today. Random hair equiped that I can't remove and items that I have equiped in the wardrobe are not showing up on my avatar around the site, namely background and foreground elements.

I am also having the surprise hair issue, not added to my avatar in a way I can remove

EDIT: This happened about the same time as my virus progression stopping.

I have hair on my HA, and I don't even know where it came from because I sure didn't put long hair on mine.

Im having the same problem! I cleared the avatar and redid the outfit but it still showing this mysterious black long hair and I have no idea where it's coming from.
