My removal tool never updates to actually show it's been removed. There's an event that says it has been removed, but it never actually removes anything from the list. I also have limb attachments that I can't remove.

Edit: It actually looks like the strain/skin has been removed from my HA, it just never updates on the list, so that I can add a new strain from the VIP.
