I'm having the same problem. Not all items, but many of them.

Having this same issue with many items while trying to quest. I can get the items from searching on kumos instead.

Tried doing a quest. Can't search for Silver Escalade Plushie.

This has been happening to me too. In the meantime, I have a Kumos tab open on the "Search User Shop" page and it's working from there.

I tried the items this morning and SS works for them again.

Appears to be working just fine now!
