I had originally signed up with the subscriptions on legacy. I'm trying to cancel while I am in a financial slump. It is showing the page as if I didn't have a subscription. Money is still coming out of my account, so I know it is still active.

I had the same problem. I filed a ticket and was fixed quickly.
