so this is something that's been going for months but i didn't think to report it since i'm on an old version of chrome (109.0.5414.168, windows 8.1 gang 💪) so it felt like a me problem and not something the vast majority of people will experience lol, but i figured it was worth mentioning it!

basically quest buttons just. don't show up. they're there and fuctional! just invisible (idk how to show images rip)

while making this topic i saw that the new topic button was also invisible, so i guess this isn't just a quest issue but wider site
