The other plot has a seed that isn't on the compatible seed list (I didn't notice that at first, and putting the item name instead of item number would make that more likely for people to see it), so I thought maybe it wasn't progressing because of that. But even with a listed seed, it isn't going to the next stage.

Also there is no notification to water them before they die, which seems like an oversight.
