Over on Kumos, I can see that I still have two user-gifted presents along with this year's Melody presents, but when I click the "claim all presents" button, it gives me a red error banner with the words: "Presents cannot be opened yet!"

I was able to claim a user-given present from 2022 that has gone unclaimed, but not the two from 2025.

Glitch? Bug? Or just bad timing on my part?

- Thanks! Also, I wasn't aware there was a non-Kumos link. I've been going to (Kumos > Tree Gallery > My Tree > Presents) which has the "Claim All Presents" button at the top of the page, and clicking on it gives the error.

If I remove "Kumos" from the URL (https://kumos.subeta.net/explore/arctic/tree/presents) it automatically changes itself to (https://subeta.net/explore/arctic/tree/news.php ) when the page attempts to load, and I get a "File not found" message instead.

Is there a different route I can take on Subeta? I've looked in Arctic Frost, but I 100% could be missing an obvious link somewhere.

I got my presents on legacy. Unfortunately, Melodys presents were on Kumos claim all link and it's giving the same error everyone else is getting .-.

Sorry, the link isn't there anymore unfortunately. It just says Oh No! It's not Luminaire! I got mine on the 26 or 27th of December.
