only been here for a few days but i am STRUGGLING specifically with these avatars and idk if this is just a me problem or what but i can only seem to edit mine through the kumos version of the site, and it only seems to appear at all there??

but on the old site it's just. gone T_T is there something i'm not doing??? doing wrong???? not only does it not show on forums but in any other place on the old site where your avatar SHOULD be, mine's just Not. sorry if this is a stupid question and it's something REALLY OBVIOUS but i'm so confused and the two (three??) versions of the site are making my brain hurt x_x

That's right, the wardrobe has now moved to the kumos version of the site. I find it hard to do on my phone but it's much easier to see everything on a browser on a laptop/iPad.

This happened to me when I returned from hiatus a few years ago. Did you figure out what happened? I can see your avatar on this board for the record!

For me, I had to reach out to a staff member to get it fixed. I believe it was Destiny, but I won't ping in case I'm wrong...

is it separate from the new.subeta.net domain?? things seem to work now but it's a bit confusing x_x

same thing for me, destiny fixed it for me!! apparently it just happens to all new accounts too :'D AND it affects old accounts???? i wonder how long it's been happening for?? seems like kind of a big deal given how much of the site is centred around dressing up your avatar,, hopefully they fix it soon

I know that there's been this lag with new items put in the wardrobe actually showing up on your avatar. I had this problem recently where I put a new item in my wardrobe, but my HA wouldn't be shown wearing it until like the next day. I think there is thread about it in the forum for reporting bugs. until that's resolved, my advice is if you find your avatar won't update to an item you just put in your wardrobe, wait a bit and try again later.

i don't think it was that i was having an issue with, though i did notice the delay in updating the wardrobe on the kumos site at times (though the kumos site in general is a lot slower than the legacy one), my avatar was just plain not displaying whatsoever on the legacy site :'D it HAS been fixed though so i'm very grateful for that!!
