Can't Make a Shop

Didn't see a thread about this, just another user in the shoutbox saying the same thing.
I can't seem to open a shop. Both the old site (https://subeta.net/user_shops.php) and kumos (https://kumos.subeta.net/legacy?url=/user_shops.php) say "You currently have 0 out of a maximum shops and galleries." with no drop down menus or anything to interact with underneath. This is happening on PC in Firefox on Windows 11 for me. This is a pretty fresh account, less than a week old still.
There should be an option to create a new shop/gallery at the bottom of the page, with a text box for the shop name, a drop-down menu where you can choose a shop or gallery, and a blue "Create Shop" button.
If you're not seeing those options, please try making sure that you are on the most recent version of Firefox, and that you don't have any extensions that may be blocking it!
Firefox is up to date. Tried with all extensions disabled. it lists "Shop Name Type sP in Till Lifetime Items Sold Lifetime sP Made Total Unique Items" and then the very next thing underneath is "© Agoge, Inc.", no buttons. :(

Have you checked your security settings and your extensions to make sure that nothing's blocking it? I'm using Firefox and see the shop creation menu just fine, so I can't replicate what you're seeing.
I did, and nothing seems to change. I tested and have the exact same problems when I view the page on Microsoft Edge and on mobile (here’s what it looks like on mobile https://imgur.com/a/3hFLJ5b ). Now I’m worried something’s wrong with my account :(
Have you tried clearing your Internet browser cache "for all time" and then tried again after checking your extensions and disabling anything that may be blocking the menu from appearing?
