Mass read to pets on Kumos

Seems this function is broken and I keep getting the error message when trying to mass read to my pets:(
This is a known issue.
The mass-read function on Kumos is not giving pet intelligence even though the books read increases. If you used the mass-read feature and your pet's intelligence/books read do not match up, you can file a ticket and a staff member can take a look. Please give us the pet's name and let us know what you believe the pet's intelligence should be at.

Broken again for me too. I got this error: ❌ Failed to process books for Rasputin after multiple attempts. Please contact support.
Same here! "Failed to process books for Annacelina after multiple attempts. Please contact support." I ended up reading to a bunch of pets in different tabs before I realised too, lol. So I don't know what anyone's intelligence was supposed to be.
Hunting for: (It's the only beanbag I need for a full collection!)
