TC help? - caretaker of spirits and magical rare creatures

Hi, I have a pet (Tigrean maybe angelic color... going for magical white tiger and angelic is the best option) that I want to make a caretaker/expert of spirits and magical, rare supernatural creatures. Kind of like a combination of Newt Scamander and Mushishi. Minions will take maybe a good portion of the TC, but I would like items, books, weapon(?), and tools.
