So I'd been trying to check all my pets into the lodge with the GA perk as I have done for years, and the message I got back each time was:

"Checked In! All of your pets have been checked in! That cost you 0sP to check in 0 pet(s) for 21 day(s). It's so worth it though, right?", which is normally when the pets are already checked in - except non were checked in.

This went on for a few weeks until last week I decided to check them each in individually for the full 21 days, which appeared to work and the sP were taken from my balance.

I checked again today, and again it's telling me that none are checked in. This seems to have been going on for weeks now - is anyone else having the same issues?

Have you looked on your pets page to see if the green box saying "This pet is in the resort!" is there? I've been having a bug where I check them in for 1 day and they don't leave (they've been in there a couple of weeks now for this 1 day). And other people seem to be having the same bug.

In all the years I've been on Subeta I never had this problem until recently. My calendar showed that my pets should have checked out over 10 days ago but they are all still in the resort. In the past it would tell me how much longer they had, "Tasha - 2 more days in resort" but it doesn't now, it doesn't say anything. I guess if the resort wants to entertain & feed my pets for free that wouldn't be a problem. I don't need them out of the resort since my gourmand pet has the achievement. I also always thought there should be an option to subscribe to the resort so every 3 weeks the pets would be re-checked in automatically unless we cancel or don't have enough SPs on hand. That would be so much more convenient. I wonder if this is a glitch that will be fixed some day.

Oh well, free B&B sounds okay to me - as long as they're all safe in there then I'm happy.

The resort subscription would be great, I hate forgetting them if they check out and I don't have chance to log on that day.

It's been a week, there are a couple other topics posted about this but still no change. All my pets are still in. I just hope when they do fix the glitch it doesn't charge us for the time they were in for "free". Any others have this problem also?

Edit: OK this is odd. 4 of my pets just checked out but the rest are still in the resort even though I put all of them in at the same time in 1 booking. Wonder if this means they're working on it & if the others will check out soon.

Update- My pets came out 1 at a time over several hours & I just put them back in for 3 weeks. Guess they fixed the glitch. Will see if they check out in 3 weeks. The resort is also now telling me how long my pets have, which it didn't before. Guess it's fixed. How is everybody else doing?

All my pets are still in resort from last week. (i put some of them in but I only check them in for 1 day at a time for battling).

I haven't been able to put my pets in the resort either, made a ticket too.

Looks like it's still glitched. My pets came out of the resort slowly 1 at a time a few weeks ago. I waited until they were all out then put all of them in at once for 3 weeks. According to my calendar they should have checked out 3 days ago but they are once again stuck in the resort. I wish they would make a news post mentioning if someone is working on this. In the meantime I guess if the resort wants to house and feed my pets for free that's OK.
