I used to have a lot of friends and was always honest, supportive and generous but who knew being a good person would make people hate you. Whom I thought were my closest friends bullied me, spread so many rumors about me and some of them hit on me despite doing all that to me. It was really shocking & disheartening. Nowadays I keep my circle small, quality over quantity.

I just share this because of the extra info you shared, it's not you, if friends really cared missing social cues here and there is not a friendship breaker, especially if your friends can see you're trying your best. Also having alot of friends is not all that. But I understand that's not the case for everyone and I wish that you can have many good friendships sometime.
