Greetings stranger, I have a proposition for you. Though she means well, this year Melody did not keep a close eye on the gift exchanges and many of them appear to have been "lost in the mail". As such I have a vault full of things that I don't really want hanging around for a year and no one to play with. Since the key of the Melody exchanges is participation I've decided to try a little interactive exchange rather than just randomly gifting these items. Won't you play with me?

You finish reading this missive and look to the Montre. He nods encouragingly at you and walks off, presumably returning from whence he came.

Earlier this year I saw someone trying an interactive game of anonymous gifting. It looked like fun so now with a vault full of unused Mysterious Melody items I am going to give it a go. The way it will work is I will send you some gifts (yay!) with the gifts will be a request for participation on your part before I send more. I'm thinking a trivia question, a request for a picture of a favorite animal, a joke to make me laugh, etc, maybe even a scavenger hunt type question, we'll see how well this works. It won't be anything unsafely personal or creepy though this is supposed to be fun! Once you receive your mission I'll give you 30 minutes to respond or let me know you can not (say real life pops up)(or you don't want to play) so I can move on to my next... victim... if you have to leave and let me know, you will have a reserve spot to return to the game until I have finished with your "set". if I have not seen a response in the allotted time, I will move on to someone else, and you get what you got, but I won't put you "back on the list" as it were. Simple enough right? So... wanna play?

Psst, since you're the first "victim" you'll need to make a board for the interaction, all subsequent "victims" will just need to reply there!

Alright, I hope you don't find these insulting. But they were just too cute, and since we were just talking about Mexican traditions, Zombies (they come from the Zombie Den) and Holidays one dresses up for, I had to! Oh, and some Hobbity stuff!

I am big on traditions too, more so for other holidays but then again Halloween in the modern sense does not lend itself to "tradition" per say, except for the "excuse to dress in a revealing 'costume' one that seems to be universal. But the Day of the Dead sounds like it would interesting to celebrate (I don't want to say "fun" since I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be, not strictly solemn, but at least more respectful than that...) more of a grown up sort of thing, where as the candy is for kids. Which is sad as now I have to buy my own candy, but I still like dressing up as my favorite characters from my fandoms and handing out candy to all the adorable kids. ^_^

The Kitsune fur makes me think of Shippo! And yes, among other fandoms, I am a huge Anime/Manga fan. And Ghibli and CLAMP are some of the best! I've actually cosplayed as Naussicaa (of the Valley of the Wind) and have a friend who goes as Oruha from CLAMP's series Clover. I've never had the opportunity to watch xxxHolic, but I've heard about it from my friend, and have seen the characters when we went through Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicles. That staff is beautiful, very nice choice. Alright, a break from the Hobbits, have a couple turtles! Which actually presents an easy answer for you! I live with a herpetologist and reptile lover. We've got a herd? of turtles, mostly red ear sliders and a stinkpot that lives up to that, man is she onery!. So what is your favorite breed?

Oh, and not counting Studio Ghibli (because let's face it, it's not fair to have to live up to something so spectacular) Rurouni Kenshin aka Samurai X would have to be my favorite Anime series, Hana Kimi and Kodocha would have to tie for my favorite Manga series.

The first day in their new flat Paddy comes home after work and says to Seamus " I paid the landlord. Did ye get the food Seamus. Seamus replies "Sure I did Paddy. Its in the fridge." Dats great " says Paddy, "Oim starvin" So he opens the fridge and there's about 50 bottles of Guiness in there. Then he sees at the bottom corner just half a loaf of stale bread.

"Are we having some kind of house warmin tonight" says Paddy. " No, sure we're not" says Seamus.

Och! now where's the fun in that? Honestly though I wouldn't even know where to begin hint wise. I'm pretty good at staying off the grid, especially when I am going to be MMing or "Anoning" I'm so paranoid I'll give it away I even stay out of user shops for things that will be given, just in case! ^_^; I suppose I can at least rule out the usual suspects, whomever they might be, and say you got chosen because, being interactive and all I needed someone who had posted in the last few minutes. And a quick look through your profile showed you liked turtles (since I live with several and a reptile lover and all), Mojitos which are my favorite too and the little ghosty dancing circle is one of my favorite items so... XD
