I had thought about changing it when Keith had mentioned maybe the login error I was getting was from it. When I go to the page it gives this link: https://kumos.subeta.net/forgot-password. When I put it into the url it goes to the main Kumos page instead/news every single time.

it looks like it's update-password, not forgot-password: https://kumos.subeta.net/account/update-password
