Hello

I thought I would start here before filing a ticket.

I subscribe to the $15 monthly subscription.

My renewal date is the 19th, which is today however last month there were issues with the monthly subscription and it did not renew so I signed up for a new subscription on the 21st of May.

This morning I received an email saying that I was charged $30 !

So did it charge me for two subscriptions? I only need one

Please help

This is also an FYI for other folks to be on the lookout for the same issue

You're gonna need to file a ticket so they can refund you. The same thing happened to me and at least a few other users, but was able to cancel my subscription and clear it up.

Looking to buy this!

Thank you for posting! I just noticed the same thing happened to me. Exact same situation with the subscription last month as well! I've filed a ticket.
