I got the "Dancing Rave Style" achievement but the Rave Masquerade avatar border associated with it is still greyed out and listed as locked on the https://kumos.subeta.net avatar border page. I obtained the achievement last night, too, so if this was just a matter of certain parts of the site being out of sync with each other I'd think it would have sorted itself out by now.
