Cannot open wardrobe

I have tried logging in to various subeta sites (legacy/new/kumos) etc but my wardrobe never opens. It says I have to convert my avatar to the new system, but nothing seems to work! What can I do ? All I want to do is put a mask on
Having the same problem.. I keep getting told that I have to log in to view my wardrobe.. I do so and it says the same thing. I have no access

I can't get into my wardrobe either. It tells me I must log in. I logged out and in again but the same thing happens.

I am having the same problem. I also am having trouble with previews loading.

Same here! This is my first masquerade and I cant wear a mask to dance. Keeps saying im not logged in exclusively in the wardrobe despite logging in multiple times on kumos :(
Same issue here, what's worse is this is my first masquerade. Does this mean I'm permanently locked out of the event? :')
I am also having the issue with it saying I need to log in. I have logged in and out multiple times and it still won't work.

Mine's also saying I need to log in on new subeta, but I am logged in there. It's keeping me from putting a mask on for masquerade :/
I am having the same problem. Trying to change my outfit for Masquerade and the wardrobe just loads infinitely.
I have tried to open the New Subeta login page and that page is also loading forever and hanging.
I was able to load the wardrobe this morning and put on a mask. Are any of you still experiencing issues loading your wardrobe? I can ask Keith to take a look.
UPDATE: Keith is aware of the issue and is working on the problem.

No, dear, you should be okay. If anything, there was one year where the wardrobe was glitching out so badly, masks were made optional.

anyone still having trouble - try clearing your cache. it seems to to have worked for me.
I'm having this issue too - cleared my cache, but now it just says loading for ages instead of giving me an empty page. It loads eventually, but my items won't. Either that or it took longer than I waited, but I waited a bit.
Edit: Hoping this goes through but the forums are also taking a long long time to load
