i'm trying to update my signature, but keep running into this error: "Oh No! I'm sorry, you can only have 500 characters in your signature!" i checked the character count with a character counter. it only has 488 characters. :(

I'd put money on it being something to do with the actual code counting towards the character limit.

i included the item codes in the character count and it is still under 500 so i didn't think that would be an issue, i'll have to play around with it more :(

Are you counting spaces? You have at least 13 spaces (that I could count) which would put you at 501

i pasted what i had planned to use as my signature into a character counter and it says 488 characters. i just tested it to add a few spaces and special characters like [ and = to see if it was counting those and it is so i don't think that's the problem. the signature i currently have is only 397

... That is wild. I have no idea then. Subeta's counters must be breaking more by the day then.
