I'm a new user, I'm on a Windows 11 laptop using Firefox, it's up to date but I dunno what exact version. I went into the Wardrobe to make my first outfit but the "Base" button wasn't working, I'd click on it, it'd try to reload the page and then it would white screen on me, I'd click the reload button on my browser but it wouldn't work, it was working on the other Wardrobe tabs though. So now my avatar has no face. I hope this'll help y'all fix it sooner, lemme know if ya need more info.

Same!! Well, i had my account for a long time but when i logged into the new wardrobe to set up a new avi, all my stuff was gone and it was just some basic stuff. AND the base wouldn't work (as seen by my avatar, it's just invisible lol)
