Hello; I am wondering about an easier way to maintain hunger on my pet. Do I need to always buy 10 food or is there an item that can increase to 10 in one feed? Or can I increase the total amount of from say, 10 to 20 and so on?

there are a few items that fill more than one point of hunger at a time, but the most practical way to keep them full is to keep them checked into the resort or inn.

If I leave them at the resort or inn, can they still battle?

yes, most people keep their battle pet(s) checked into the inn so they don't have to worry about being too hungry to battle. the rathskaller inn is better for this purpose because your pet can stay for up to 31 days at a time, as opposed to the lakeside resort's maximum of only 21 days. however, the resort has a gold account perk that allows you to check in all your pets at once.
