I submitted my custom overlay for my pet Atomsk, (my own artwork), and waited a week - said it was waiting approval. Canceled and resubmitted, wondering if maybe there was some issue the first time I submitted. However, it's been a week again now. In the past, it felt like custom overlays were approved quickly. I don't recall it taking this long - is this normal these days? Thank you so much for your time.

perhaps the staff that approves/denies them might be having some real lifestuff happening, Im not sure though tbh.. not sure if filing a ticket might do anything but at this pount prob couldnt really hurt anything, just something alon the lines of 'just trying to see the status of my overlay'

i've had it take upwards of 2 weeks in the past. i don't know how quick it usually is for other people but that's definitely within the realm of normal possibility, yes.
