I am trying to submit a billboard for 10k impressions using a [item=Billboard (10k)].

The image I'm trying to submit is 480px x 90px and is 25 KB. I've tried jpg, png, and gif files. I tried switching browsers from Firefox to Safari. I've tried submitting in smaller increments at 2.5k and 5k.

I keep getting this error message every time I hit submit: "Oh No! We only accept jpg, png or gif image types"

Edit: The problem seemed to have been having special characters (i.e. any punctuation, underscores, etc.) in my original file name. My original file name was "4.19.25 Vesnali Banner_V1" but I was able to submit it once I renamed it to "Vesnali Banner".

I submitted a ticket and was able to find a solution. You can lock this, as it's been resolved, thank you!
