I'd like to throw my name in there for Elvis Presley! I'd likely continue the idea started in the movie Bubba Ho-Tep. Instead of ending the movie the way it does, an elderly Elvis becomes a monster hunter.

I'll throw my hat in the ring for Chuck Norris! I'm thinking of making him a sort of father figure/mentor to

Ben Solo, who lives in a post apocalyptic place called the Exclusion Zone along with his mechanical companion,

Jetfire. Maybe Chuck could be sort of like a figment of Ben's imagination, perhaps Ben grew up watching some movies/tv shows that Chuck was in and wanted to grow up to be like him and thus ends up hallucinating his idol's existence whenever he's in trouble or needs a little guidance. I'll probably give Chuck a more Western/Forest type of TC and character. I'm also unsure if I'll keep him as is or turn him into a Reborn Montre and have an overlay made for him.
