I'm desperate for arms that'll fit this HA. I am not sure if it's possible. I am considering custom items, but only if they're not sold out or reasonably priced.

I think you were on the right track with the color of your base (that purple). I'd make visible the arms and shoulders and then try to make the purple arms lighter with a sheer glove like . Because it is sheer, you can layer stuff from hands or arms or fingers layer to match your avatar's face. over but both under the siren gloves are an example. :3
