Not sure this goes here so apologize in advance.

When I click on 'shop purchases' to go to my shop, I get the error page and have to refresh.
not sure why this is happening

Not sure where this goes but why is the snowball shop closed when it said it would be open until April 20th?

Oh No! This shop is closed until Winter returns.

Does it only happen on the purchase history for one shop, are you able to get it on another one too (even if they don't actually have history).

This shop is closed until Winter returns.</p>
