This is the Essence of Melody in the Millionaire Center

And what it sells for in shops right now.

The Essence of Melody was added in the MC in the first years of Nostalgic being added to the site, when people needed multiple for different pets.

We didn't have the stockpile from achievements we do now, so in that era, that was slightly overpriced, but justifiable. These days, not so much.

So, maybe it's time to sunset it from the MC, and rely on the 2025 achievements to put a healthy stockpile in the economy

It depreciated SO much, huh. ;3; Yes, I agree, it's time to take it out. Would hate for someone to buy that for a whopping 10mil when it was going for a fraction of the price.

Baking Starter Kit isn't as egregious but it's a bathhouse prize selling for less than 100k. It doesn't need to be in the MC for 1mill.

I think it should stay in there - the user price will go way up if it isn’t readily available at 10mil - set the bar

I feel like some people are manipulating prices because it was at 150K a couple weeks ago.

We are literally six months away from Luminaire, and yet, it's still a fraction of the MC price.

Yeah, get the Essence of the Melody out of the MC.

I don't see why we shouldn't take it or any of the other items that are selling at significantly lower prices than in the MC out for a time. It could always be returned to the shop later if prices increased to a stable all time high. Maybe the items in the first tab could even be on a random economy based system.

That may even be the plan since they are trying out something similar on Kumos.

Crashing into the topic to add another item to the suggestion. If we're going to be removing the Essence of Melody from the MC, can we also do the same with the Baking Starter Kit? I just got one from the bathhouse pools. It's 1m in the MC, 80k in user shops. I want to say it also goes out via REs but I'm not 100% on that.

I think it'd be fine to keep the Essence out of the MC outside of December, or at least the winter rotation. We don't need it in stock year round.
