So, I completed the Candy Hearts achievement a few days ago, but the avatar border is just not unlocking. I've tried visiting the (completed) achievement page a few times, claimed my titles, visited the 'food items fed to your pet' page... it's just not unlocking. Any other ideas? Or anyone else who has a similar problem?

This resolved itself for me today. I finally was able to access the border.
