Shop notifications aren't showing up in the side bar or working at all! Using the latest version of Chrome.

I am experiencing the same thing. I sent out a shop notification just a few minutes ago, but it hasn't appeared for myself or my friends.

I'm using Safari, version 18.3, for what it's worth.

Shop notifs not working here either. It’s getting old having to ping my group for stuff.

Haven't been receiving shop pings or any I send showing. On Samsung phone

Can report the same issue as those above! I tried sending one out to my shop followers on Sunday (which never went through) and again just now (with no luck)!

Using Safari Version 17.6 (long story short my laptop is old af and this the most up to date I can get xD I don't think she's much longer for this world, fortunately.)

A week later and CW shop notifications are still not appearing. It says that it is "sent successfully", but somewhere it's getting dropped.

That makes sense why I haven't seen others' notifications recently.

Kind of getting annoyed that this is still a thing. Not even any kind of acknowledgment. Site falls apart more and more every day.

As of 3/04 this still hasn't even been acknowledged as an issue. Many cw releasers use this as their soul way of alerting for their shops.

I'm still waiting on a solution for this and while we are at it, I'm still annoyed that pings for # buysellcw group still aren't working.

Three weeks now and radio silence. THIS is why I refuse to subscribe. It’s like paying for Netflix and not being able to see their full catalog.

Also would like an update on this. I don't want to (and likely won't) go back to pinging on threads and spamming up the site as I do not maintain a regular release thread. Cw shop notifications are much easier and more convenient with my limited time.

Ngl seems like cw thread issues seem to be put on the back burner with little to no updates as of late or maybe that's just my perception? I recall a thread a bit ago about forum pings not working and I never saw an update, though (I think?) that work now. But that was an issue that was around a bit, too. Could be that I just don't see it with my forum inactivity lol.

Communication would be cool, though...

Edit: not saying I'd expect it to be resolved immediately, just that acknowledgement that staff is aware of the issue and that it'll be reviewed.

Being able to announce the release of CWs on the Event bar is absolutely VITAL for some CW Releasers. Why has this been down for three weeks without acknowledgement? And what can WE do to aid the Subeta Team in repairing it?

Im also annoyed the buysellcw ping is broken. Maybe they are connected some how?

You know when you send CW events to your followers about a new item, that notification should show up in the sidebar (Events/Dashboard) to all followers.

When you submit a new event, it states it was submitted/done. But no one has received these CW shop notifications in weeks. A lot of sellers don't have forum groups; that is their only means of notifying followers. It has impeded sales and caused some people to not release recently.

I recall submitted an event about an item (Pure Star Tarot Card) on 3/1 and a couple other occasions.

Feel free to expand on the other issue regarding forum ping groups (buysellcw).

ALSO however regular pings aren't working for the ping for most people right now. These are tho separate issues. Like for example I am pinging it here ^ and its not going through.

Well it worked on here, but it isn't working in the buysellcw forums or hasn't for sometime for me. I could test that again tho but the last several times haven't went through.
