On the Kumos site it says we can buy CSC using PayPal. Can we buy subscriptions with PayPal on the Kumos site?

I had to use Stripe when I changed my tier last month. There was a message about PayPal not working. I believe it’s been there for months. I don’t know if it’s still true.
