Got an event, with a link to kumos cosplay contest saying voting started. But nothing clickable over there, how do I vote?

Some contests you can't vote on. The person running the contest may have chosen to be the sole determining factor for the winners. When I went to the contest page that I was able to vote on, under each entry there was a button to push to vote for that entry.
