Pretty certain if this is a bug, it'll get attention really fast, but if not, was wondering what could be happening. None of the regular shops I check have stock. They had stock, but then poof.

It’s normal. Around 9:00 PM Subeta (10:00 when the clock changes), the shops reset. Shops restock every 5-6 min., so they’ll slowly fill back up.
