I know a LOT of rare items were removed from the MB pool quite some time ago, but I thought there was still a chance to pull some of the lower rarity values -- like anything under a rarity of 80 or so. Has this changed? Or does it vary by shop?

I'm wondering what the cutoff is so I can determine if it is worth the effort, time, and sP.
