I've been on this game for 14 years, shopping for and dressing my HA is one of my favorite things to do, but my wardrobe has been broken for so many years. I have put my hard earned real money into this game, i've filed tickets, yet years later, still can't make a HA.

My items aren't showing up. I selected face items, only a tiny portion showed up, no additional pages to select or any direction to scroll to find more. I hit all and typed lip in the search, still only came up with the same ones that showed from the small portion when i selected face. I tried different filter combos, the most i can get to show are the same 14 lippies, or maybe my items got lost in the clouds somewhere when things got switched over?

I tried to find hair or wig, only like 4 things came up, even after trying all the options to find them.

I'm on the correct browser and on the new site.

Please fix this, otherwise it's kind of pointless for me to keep playing.

odd, wardrobe hasn't been transferred yet. do you have any of the drawers active? Item Name = keep blanks, Layer = All Drawer = All Items. Try that, it should bring it up. If you search via name, only things with that name will pop up. N' you have to save then refresh to remove that item from the box.

By typing in Wig in Item Name box, you are only going to bring up hair with the Wig in the name. Nothing else.

An odd little quirk with the site is the item bar "remembers" previous searches even though it appears blank. Hit the spacebar with the cursor in Items when it is blank and then all your items should show up.

[edit] On your current avie, you also need to drag your base layer below everything except your background

I am also having this issue.

I was having similar issues - longtime user coming back from a long hiatus and attempting to use the newest wardrobe iteration for the first time. Only a very few random items were showing up as owned, with no option to load more pages or anything. Finally, a hard refresh (on firefox) caused my owned items to load correctly, at least as far as I can tell.
