The wedding is Watson getting married, and I'm very glad that his wife is Mary Morstan and not Molly, because if the fandom turned on Molly, I would get violent.

The bow is, of course, a tale of international intrigue. But I'm going to guess that said intrigue was pretty much cooked up by the British government. Gatiss wouldn't write anything that had been within a twenty-foot radius of nationalism.

We will be led to believe that the initials MH stand for Molly Hooper, when they actually stand for Mycroft Holmes. Or vice versa. In any case, Mycroft has some kind of contractual duty to screw with you about his identity, and that's how he'll do it next.

Finally, something that almost certainly won't happen but would be cool: Anderson is Moran, or possibly Milverton. In the latter case, you could pile on extra cool points if Donovan busted a cap in his ass.
