For the past 2 days that I've checked, it says that more of the previous stock needs to be cleared before they will buy more of our CWs. Do we have short windows to sell our CWs to the pawn shop? Is it random and in limited amounts? Or is this meant to be something that will be released at a later date? Please and thank you!

You cannot sell CWs to the pawn shop while it is open.

It opened this afternoon though, so I'm assuming they also had disabled the ability to sell at some time prior to opening, since you mentioned the past few days you were unable to sell your CW too.
