I maxed out all the levels of item hunt, is there any way to now reset it? I got the achievement a couple days ago and every time I check back I get:

You've got all the items I need for now! Thank you for helping, make sure to check back when I have more levels 😊!

nah, once you complete it you can't play it anymore sadly
