Everytime i go there, different times of day nothing is there its always empty. is there a set time to go to find something? i tried all month of October for obvious reasons, and i try in the off season too nothing... i worry i will never get that achievement.

It's super super random, and I believe it only stocks one item at a time, so your timing has to be perfect. I've played for 17 years and haven't ever seen anything in there haha.

there's nothing special about BHH in October specifically to my knowledge. but I can confirm that it works - the BHH restock thread (Post your BHH restocks HERE! V.5) gets almost daily posts and I've personally found a couple things in there recently

i got something there recently, sometime last week. it's very rare to find stuff in there, it's all about luck!

I saw something in there this morning (unfortunately missed it tho!). So yes it does work, but its just very random! I suggest just periodically checking throughout the day
