Does this mean if you bought something full price before Black Friday that you can't get a price match?

I believe that’s what the note says - they don’t price match for items bought before the sale. You can always file a ticket to get clarification, but that’s how I read it.

that's correct. the black friday sale comes around every year, so if you want something at the discounted price, you know to wait for black friday to start; if you just really really need the item right now and pay the full price, that's done knowing it was going to go on sale shortly.
