All the books that I have gotten this year from Melody it seems my "pet reading pet" has already read. When I select the option to read, all the other pets names show. Does this mean these books from Melody are not new books? If they are, why could it be that my pet that reads name is not available on the drop down list? Thank you for any help with this!

the books are from previous years(at least so far have been) Amber mentioned in the news shed be dropping older books(items too maybe?) since the free shop isnt happening on the current setup i guess, ill edit with that info
