I know Amber said ALL the old collection/donation items were coming back for Black Friday, and subetalodge lists it as a March 2006 donation item, but I don't see it anywhere, did they get it wrong and it's actually in another box?

Because these boxes do not exist, but there were items released in an item known as the Donation Present, where the content changed. It was one box that was reused for all months. Once the month ended, out with the old, in with the new.

This changed with May 2006.

Before May 2006, the same box was reused for donation presents, so these boxes do not exist anymore.
