I'm not sure if these items are still retired or if I'm just not looking in the right area? If anyone can shed some light, I'd really appreciate it! I'm trying to figure out where these things are:

While I'm here, I figure I may as well ask about some of these other CS things I'm having trouble finding. From what I gathered, these are from "Arctic Chance Machine" and "Spooky Chance Surprise," but neither of those things seem to exist anymore. Is there a different way to get them?

These seem to be from old events or something? Do they ever get re-released for any reason?

I could have sworn these were in the Cash Shop last year, but I forget what tab they were under and can't find them now. I'm assuming they just weren't released again, but also I might be blind. xD;

The items from the first list were not brought back sadly.

"Arctic Chance Machine" and "Spooky Chance Surprise" and retired chance machines (not sure if permanently retired tho) so maybe the only way to get those items would be via The Hustler which is currently facing bugs and deactivated.

Nasty Old Tin Can Full of Brains was the prize for entering the 2015 Survival CW contest and then was added to the cash shop for a while. I'm almost sure it hasn't returned since. You'd get a Peka-Boo VIP Lollipop when buying a Peka-Boo VIP Ticket from the cash shop during the event. Again almost sure it never returned.

Minion Nip and Monocle were sold via Token Shop this year.
