Yes I know multiple accounts per person are not allowed but what about multiple users on the same IP address? I want to try to get my brother to play Subeta, but I'm not sure if he will, he probably won't but if he does, will it look like I have multiple accounts due to us using the same internet or being in the same area IP address etc or whatever(not really sure how this works tbh)? I really love my account now and don't want to risk losing it. Is there anything I can do to show that my brother and I are two different people? Is having multiple peoples accounts on the same IP address even allowed in the first place? I must know! Please help!

i remember when somebody in my house wanted to try subeta years ago, i filed a ticket and just let the staff know that it wasn’t me making multiples c: i think all you have to do is make sure that you let them know beforehand and you’ll be fine c:

yes, you're supposed to file a ticket and they'll let you know what you and the other person need to do to make sure everything is above board.
As others have mentioned, you should file a ticket :)

<p>If you access Subeta from multiple computers, share a computer with other Subeta members, or share an internet connection or network access with other Subeta members, do not post "notes to staff" in your profile; these are not checked and, if found by a member of staff, will be cleared. Please notify staff by submitting a support ticket via the Ticket Center, and be sure to include usernames and their relationship with you if possible. In addition to this, you should limit gifting and "one-way" trades between accounts on shared computers, connections, and networks to prevent confusion.
