The Oofa Fruit is missing the little note "(They've eaten it before!)" that a food item should display next to a pet's name when they've been fed that food item previously.
It also doesn't show up when doing an Account Search even if your pet has eaten it. It does, however, show up in your pet's Foods Eaten list if you search for it there.
I believe it's been mentioned before that this has to do with how the Oofa Fruit is technically a food, but also has the special function of randomly generating a bug sometimes when your pet eats one. So the feeding option for this item works a bit differently than pretty much every other food item, which interferes a bit with how it's tracked.
, good catch on it not showing on the account search too!

I'm not 100% sure how food items are tracked but if it is showing up under the foods a pet has eaten list it should be able to have the note "(They've eaten it before!)" added since I assume the code looks there on if to display the note or not. I'd assume its a similar thing with account search too - again just assuming this is how it works.
That would make sense as an assumption, but with Subeta's old code that's been bandaged over so many times, who knows at this point lol.
I do hope it's something that could be fixed eventually, but I also don't see it as a huge deal since it's just this one item that I know of. And I'm not sure it's worth poking around in the code too much for just the one thing and possibly breaking something else. Maybe on Kumos version this could be addressed whenever Keith gets to more of the item stuff.
, Right it's not a huge deal but it is something that should be fixed eventually. I did not see a post so I reported it here.
