Hello, I completed everything for the blue building, however it doesn't say completed for the password...how do I get the password? :(

It's been a LONG time since I unlocked it, but IIRC, you get the password in a Random Event while refreshing the Blue Building page. You won't have to write it down to enter it anywhere, it'll just be unlocked automatically.

No, it's just random, and make sure you check the blue building occasionally in case you missed the event, because that's happened before too!
