update: fixed! maybe it was never broken but i had to re-select the custom wearable category again and every time i hit submit without doing that nothing would happen c:

not sure if this is where i should post this (admin, feel free to move) but the resubmission form is broken and i was specifically told to use this form instead of resubbing an entire custom wearable which makes sense ! please fix the form so that the form can be happy and so ready to live its best life in this new and exciting chapter and please approve my customs :3 uwu that is all
